The session starts at the time given, not when you arrive. Sessions are back-to-back. If you need to get ready or change make sure to arrive 15 minutes early.
If you are late your session will be shorter or canceled if 15 minutes or more late. If your session is canceled you have to pay a new retainer for a new date.
A late fee will be added if you are late to your session .
Any rescheduling has to be 3 days before the session so your retainer can be transferred to the new date, if not you forfeit the retainer and have to pay a new retainer for a new date.
